Recently, James, a well-known American customer, was invited to visit the RPD sensor factory in the china. This visit was designed to further understand RPD’s R&D, production and technical strength in the sensor field.
During the visit, James, accompanied by professionals from RPD Company, had an in-depth understanding of the factory’s production process, equipment configuration and quality control system. He first visited the production lines of LVDT displacement sensors, load cells, pressure sensors and torque sensors, and witnessed with his own eyes the complete manufacturing process of these high-precision sensors from raw materials to finished products.
Next to the production line, James asked in detail about the working principle, performance characteristics and application fields of the sensor. RPD’s technical staff patiently answered his questions and introduced the advantages of the company’s explosion-proof, earthquake-resistant, waterproof and durable displacement, capacitive sensor and other products in the nuclear power industry, automobile industry, railway, steel, aerospace and other fields.
In addition to the production line, James also visited RPD’s R&D laboratory. Here, he saw the company’s latest R&D results and ongoing technological innovation projects.
